Uhaul Cargo Van For Queen Size Bed

Salmon z salsÄ… z mango

Cooking is an important part of my life. Unknown when looking for new flavors. The challenge when trying to gain more culinary heights. Joy when I watch the effect of their efforts. And such a simple everyday happiness when I know that what I prepared my tastes close.

Today more colorful dish. Dish of the varied categories of ordinary salsa. Feria colors and lemon note broken sweet mango.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 4 pieces of salmon fillet
• Half a red pepper
• Half a yellow pepper
• Half a red onion

• Mango • Half a tomato, pitted
• clove garlic
• A handful of basil or parsley
• Juice of half a lemon
• Freshly ground pepper and salt

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Wash the salmon fillets, dried, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan. Grill the salmon skin up for 3 to 5 minutes (you can pre-grease the pan with olive oil, but the salmon is so fatty fish, it is not necessary.) Place the salmon skin down on a hot tin lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.

In the mean time, prepare salsa. Peppers, tomato, onion and mango cut into small cubes. Garlic and basil (or parsley), chop. All the ingredients mix together. Add the lemon juice and season with freshly ground pepper. Place the salmon.

Bon Appetit.
